As Principal of RATIO/Severns Reid, Rod Reid provided preliminary design services, shared construction drawings, preparation of the project manual, and also provided on-site observation for the project.
Primarily for Football, this multisport facility contains an 80 yard artificial turf field, netting for football practice, and batting cages for baseball/softball practice.
Winner of the 2000 Award for Unique Applications by the Steel Joist Institute and the Award of Merit by the Structural Engineers Association, this facility is a state of the art building that blends well in the context with the architecture of the campus and adjacent sports facilities.
