A new apparatus bay brings more space for lifesaving equipment in Mahomet. Construction wrapped up on the new building for Cornbelt Fire Protection in December. The new building provides seven bays for equipment ranging from trucks to boats and dive equipment. Finishes were chosen to match existing buildings owned by the district. The design allows for future expansion.
